At ShopTemeculaWines.com we are committed to fast, friendly, and customer satisfying service.
Because of the unique nature of being a Purchasing Service it
is helpful to review how our service functions:
All online orders are received daily on a standard 24 hour Cycle, 12:00am/midnight
thru 11:59pm/evening, Pacific Time , and are usually electronically processed
beginning at 8:00am the following business day. Please note that product
usually ships within two business days, but can take a maximum of five
to seven days.
Because we are a Purchasing Service, and many of the smaller
boutique wineries are only open for business on Friday, Saturday and Sunday
of each week, access to their availability can become the controlling factor
for fulfillment of orders containing their specific products.
All orders are filled directly from fresh product obtained directly from
each winery, or alternate source point, exclusively for each respective
order. Completed orders are then properly packaged and shipped from the
heart of Temecula Wine Country.
